Using this website
Content on this site is for general information. Prices shown are ranges; your final price is confirmed in a written proposal after a discovery call. Estimates from the pricing tool, the project planner or Sage are guides, not quotes.
Projects
- Payments: typically a 50% deposit at kickoff and 50% at approval of the finished site before launch, unless your proposal says otherwise.
- Currencies: Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canadian and international clients, Malawian kwacha (MWK) for clients in Malawi.
- Revisions: structured rounds at key stages, as set out in your proposal.
- Ownership: on final payment you own your website, its content and your domain.
Care plans
Care plans are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Hosting, backups and updates continue until the end of the paid period.
Liability
We work carefully and test thoroughly, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings or sales results, which depend on many factors outside our control.
