What we collect
- Details you send us through the contact form or project planner: your name, email, phone, business name, market, timeline and project details.
- If you ask for our phone or WhatsApp number: your name, email, business name and what you would like to discuss.
- Website addresses you scan with the AI Readiness Scanner. Our server visits that public website to prepare the report. Reports are deleted after 3 days, unless you ask us for an action plan.
- If you ask for an action plan from a scan: your name, business name, business email, website, main goal and, if you choose, a budget range and a message. A copy of that scan report is kept with your request.
- Questions you ask Sage, our site assistant. These are used only to answer you and are not stored with your identity.
- A one-way hash of your connection address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not keep plain IP addresses.
- Small preferences in your browser: your chosen market (Canada or Malawi) and light or dark theme. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your proposal and deliver the work you ask for. We never sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, and sending us a form never signs you up to a mailing list.
Service providers
Our website is hosted in North America. Emails are sent over encrypted, authenticated connections. If Sage’s AI mode is switched on, your question (without your contact details) is processed by Google’s Gemini API to write an answer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then deleted. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
Your rights
Canadian visitors are protected by PIPEDA, and Malawian visitors by the Data Protection Act, 2024. Contact us at hello@uniqueamaze.com to exercise your rights or ask a question.
